Jon Gruden
Is there a bigger horse’s butt in America than Jon Gruden? The fired, failed NFL coach who now has graced us with his insight into this years top quarterback prospects loves to gain knowledge. Unfortunately for him, and us, the only knowledge he is open to is his own.
Lately the fired coach and Monday Night blow hole has been doing segments on ESPN with various college, soon to be pro, quarterbacks. This morning he enlightened us with a banter with Colt McCoy of Texas. Part of that banter was his dismissal of the southern American dialect.
Believe it or not Gruden, half of our country, understands Mr. McCoy just fine. Further more the same half don’t understand your goofy syntax and inflections.
It is elitist superior attitude like yours that makes the south want to rise again.
It also makes us want to change the channel when Monday Night Football comes on our televisions.
FYI- For those of you who missed Sports Center this morning and especially for Tony Kornhole – Hannah Storm looked pretty good for her age or any other age in a skirt and curve grabbing shirt. Not a bad way to get our sports!
